![]() SOLUTION: In my case, I'll be looking into creating a calendar in either sharepoint or a shared mailbox. As here we mainly focus on issues regarding Outlook client, we may troubleshoot it from client-side. Please exit Outlook, press Win key + R to open the Run command, type outlook.exe /safe and then press Enter. If not, open each meeting request and click Send. Find the Norton Antispam Outlook Plugin and deselect it. Click the Go button at the bottom of the window. It seems like the earlier users maintain some sync between themselves, but new users can't accurately access the calendar.Ĭomparing OWA and Outlook versions helped me realize that must be what's going on in our case. As it happens to all users when opening this shared mailbox, we can try opening Outlook in safe mode and then access the shared calendar. To disable the add-in in Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013: Go to File, Options, Add-ins. Right click the calendar and select Copy. In your left hand side tab, under My Calendars, find the calendar you wish to duplicate. In order to copy an entire calendar, proceed as following: Login to Outlook. Any new user added to the calender will get a copy of the calendar in the state they were added to it, but then any new events will not sync to them after they've been added. Outlook allows you to copy an entire calendar including all appointments, meetings and events. So, in the current state, users who were granted access to the calendar before the user was removed are still able to use and sync the calendar. ![]() PROBLEM: New users who are added will see the appointments added to the calendar up to that point, but any new appointments added by any user will not be seen by the new user. The original user who created the folder's account has been removed.Another user became the "moderator" of the shared calendar. From what I can tell, the situation for us appears to be as follows: I'm seeing a similar problem in my organization.
